
On 26 August 2025, the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) and the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME D Bank) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cybersecurity cooperation at the NCSA office. The signing ceremony was led by AVM Amorn Chomchoey, Secretary General of the National Cyber Security Agency, and the Managing Director of SME D Bank, with executives from both organizations serving as witnesses.

The partnership aims to enhance national digital security standards and strengthen cyber resilience for Thai SMEs across all business sectors, enabling them to conduct business and access financial and digital services with greater confidence and security.
The cooperation also focuses on capacity building, knowledge exchange, and practical cybersecurity collaboration to help SME entrepreneurs improve their readiness to prevent, respond to, and reduce risks arising from cyber threats in the digital economy.
This MoU reflects the shared commitment of NCSA and SME D Bank to fostering a safer digital ecosystem, supporting the sustainable growth of Thai SMEs, and strengthening the country’s long-term cybersecurity posture.
